recently, i popped the knoppix 3.3 cd in my comp, to try to fix my ds boot cd i made (my burner doesnt have a burn image option)  and tried booting with knoppix26. it just sat there on screen with a few messages for a bout five min before i reset my comp.  does 3.3 not include 2.6? and if not, then why do they have the 2.6 boot option? c'est tres confusant!

I don't think Knoppix 3.3 includes 2.6 - only the 2.4 kernel, as far as I'm aware. Just boot with "knoppix" - mais, oui, très confusant..

Never tried it with my older knoppix 3.3 disks.
