I have a motherboard just like those...those are super socket 7, they can push up to 100Mhz FSB and can run an amd k6-2 up to 550Mhz..(with proper clock multiplier)
Those are very good and stoubt systems...however when/if you load win2kpro on them you have to press f7 to disable the acpi stuff or it will lock!
