Online designer products

Im interested in finding out if any of you use web designers that are online like a site builder type product. Or wether you use software like frontpage or dreamweaver.
What percentage of the public do you feel would need an easy online designer?

I use NVU for my website www.tuxs.org. OpenOffice also has a fairly web editor.

I generally use vim for everything, but I'm guessing quite a few people might be interested in something as easy as a web based editor.  It doesn't require installation (i assume), so that's a plus.  I'd say it would be a small percentage of the whole, but would still be useful.

I have recently been using quanta (don't hate me b/c its a kde app!).  Its really nice to upload just by saving . . .that is if you trust yourself.  If I don't use that then I use nedit or some text editor.
