Okay, I agree with Cbagger01, that a .lsm would be the best way to go.
But is will be up to the authors of the .dsls to write them.

I finally looked at a .lsm file after this series of postings and realised what it shows. Usually there is a link to the location of the original program (where obtained to repackage as .dsl), what the program does and contact info for the .dsl creator/maintainer. Pretty simple. I guess it is just an html file.

Hello!
Sorry but I can't use Ayttm!
I have the following message when I boot:
ayttmgzip bad bloktype 3
tar:unable to read all data.
I don't have this with openoffice by example and I use dsl 0.7.1.
