May I know the procedure to edit it such that only one instance is shown?

Open /home/dsl/.fluxbox/menu in a text editor.
Look for multiple lines containing 'icewm', probably near the top of the file.
Delete the duplicate lines.
Save the file.

As always, when doing something you're not 100% comfortable with, you should first make a backup of the file you're editing.
