Tried a few more extensions last night: copied into Home directory on hda2 main linux partition from mounted CDrom disc. then emelfm 'mydsl' button installed:
I loaded 'Sketch - icon appeared on desktop but fails to launch programme. Menu item is listed and loads 'sketch' fine.
This looks like a pretty useful programme for me. I tried editing the home/.xtdesktop/sketch.ink file in scite as I thought the path may be wrong but couldn't edit it sucessfully
- any ideas how to get this sketch icon working?
Other .dsls:
GTK2 libraries installed first ok.
GtK2 Abiword installed - no icon (unlike older .dsl) but menu item - loads fine.
GTK2 Moz T-Bird.dsl installed - no icon, listed on menu but did not open up when clicked.
DSL v.0.81 HD installed on PC.: Asus MB, AMD2000mhz. 20gig HD, 256ddr ram.
