hello all,

i have just recently started using DSL and have tried to load it onto a USB pen drive.

after some trial and error installations, i got one that said it worked, and made a boot floppy because my BIOS does not support booting from usb.

the boot process works fine (albeit slow, probably because im using a parallel floppy drive) until it gets up to the point where it says "rescanning USB devices" or something of that nature

it goes through [sync 001 002  ]...Done  (or something along the  lines of that, hopefully you know what im talking about)

then  it just sort of...stops. the cursor goes back to the left of the screen and i can enter it down lines and type things, but nothing remotely close to a usable OS.

I searched the forums and found nothing that i could tell was similar to this problem so I decided to post this.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated
