This isn't technically a USB booting question, but it's close. I have put DSL on a zip disk, as per these instructions: http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/talk/node/93

However, when I attempt to boot from the floppy that I have made, it basically just says

SYSLINUX (Random Version Info) Boot Failed.

If I press any button, it attempts to boot again and the same thing happens. I do not have a chance to type in the command. I am not sure if it is because the floppy is FAT formatted and I have yet to format it to ext2 to test it.

The computer I am running this on is an old laptop, a Compaq Armada 4160T. Any ideas?
