You say windows will read write to both partitions on your flash drive, did you do a usb zip installation or usb hdd? is there some way to force windows to see the other partition?

PQI's flash drive utility let's you create two partitions...for me it worked on other drives also...other thumb drives usually let you have a visible and a "Secret" partition, but this one lets both be available

€ even it´s just talking about HP USB Drive Keys, afaik it works with most USB Key Drives.
