Ok, bear with me here. This is my second time installing DSL, the last time was a few months ago, and everything worked peachy (DSL 2.3). I saw the new 3.0.1 and wanted to give it a whirl. After playing with the Embedded version on my friend's computer, i decided to download the usb version for myself. I followed these steps, as per my memory:

1)I downloaded the 50meg file "dsl-3.0.1.iso"
2)Downloaded "bootfloppy-usb.iso"
3)Created the bootfloppy using RawWrite
4)Using WinRAR, i extracted the dsl-3.0.1.iso onto my empty sandisk 1gig usb memory stick
5)inserted the boot floppy into the drive
6)inserted my memory stick into my usb drive
7)Restarted the computer

Heres the problem.

After the text based copyright screen, i get that title page with the penguin graphic and some text about the OS. As my floppy drive clicks away, i wait patiently for the next phase, but it freezes. The title graphic and bullets move half way up my screen, some of it dissapearing off of the top, and my computer stops. I waited for about ten minutes (thinking that perhaps this was a new loading process) then finally hit the enter key...my computer reset, and repeated the process. I also noticed that the LED on my memory stick is not even lit up. I checked it over, even opened it up in Windows, and it is fine, leaving me to believe that there is something wrong with my bootfloppy?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
