now i knowhow to save the files.i have to save /ramdisk/tmp to /mnt/sda2/tmp.But when i try this withh emelfm as su, emelfm says, that there is no space left on sda2,But i hav a 1gb usb pendrive.Sda1 is the boot partition and i guess there is  50 mb space.sda2 have 950mb.And theres a lot of space left.What shall id do?

My guess, though, is you are trying to copy files to /mnt/sda2 without first mounting the sda2 device. This would fill up quickly, and not actually touch sda2
