yes. it is possible.
mount /dev/device /mnt/mntpoint
'man mount' for more info.
in DSL its actually possible to just type 'mount /dev/device' and not a mountpoint.
what is your device? i dont know. its wherever it says it is booting from when you startup, such as /dev/sda1 or /dev/sdb1.
you should be able to use the mount-app slit in fluxbox (on the bottom right of your screen) to mount anything that it detects.
