When running the DSL2.2b vmx I don't get any sound, even though sound has been enabled in VMWare player. It works fine on Qemu, but when I use VMWare I get no sound. It starts off with the volume at 0, but even when I turn it up I still get no sound. I don't know how to config OSS btw... i've always used the ALSA sound server.
Could someone explain to me how to enable sound in terms a Linux newbie would understand?
Oh...and in VMWare i'd like it to use the same hdd files as Qemu, is that possible?
