I downloaded Heretic rpms (common and x11) from http://heretic.linuxgames.com and used aliendebs to convert them.

I copied the wadfile with binaries, and it worked out of the box. I started it with "-nosound -nomusic" because I was too lazy setting up alsa so I haven't tested it with sound.

Should somebody make heretic extencion?

Duke Nukem would also be nice...
