http://www.hacker.co.il/psp/bochs/
Page is a little outdated though, and the sources never seem to have been uploaded (so, depending the work was done, the binaries on the page may or may not be in violation of the LGPL). Also, bochs on something overclocked to 333MHz probably wouldn't be that fast, (10 minute boot times for Win95). Also, apparently PSP's have to be hacked/cracked to downgrade the firmware to allow unsigned executables to be run now.
-- This is all just in response to the Win 95 post; from what I can glean from google, a kernel port doesn't seem to have happened yet (though many have been announced, sources have never come forward; see http://pspupdates.qj.net/The-Pen....25 for more details.) Thus, any running port would have to be on an emulator, running in userspace.
-------------- System: eTower 566.12, 32MB RAM, 7GB HD, 200MB swap, 1x USB v.1, Intel 810GFX, Intel 810 Audio. Recompiled so far: Pretty much everything. I think I'll have to do a remaster to cut the growing bloat off my system.
