Hello everybody,
my plan is to use a PXE based DSL as a browsing station for guests and friends.
So what do I need:
An up to date browser (firefox 2.0) Plugins (Adobe Flash Player) PDF-viewer An easy way to listen to CDs (xMMS does not find my CDs, no idea why ...) May be an ICQ client May be a way to listen to internet radio (but I have no clue, how I find radio stations that support xMMs ...)
Nothing will ever be saved on that machine, so security is not a big issue in this case. My guests can check their mail, news or the weather forecast ...
So I vote for firefox 2.0
Regards
Rigas
