Go to http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/ and search for which module/driver your webcam needs. Then check /lib/modules/2.4.26/kernel/drivers/usb to see if your module is there. There may also be some info at the bottom of /var/log/messages if you plug in your webcam.
