Maybe can be included in dsl ( specially fireFTP )
Fire FTP and ChatZilla are really friendly user ( and FireFTP is really light ) ( only 58 k )

chatzilla looks to be really light as well, chatzilla i am definately for, the ftp depends on the size of axyftp

actually it would seem that chatzilla is smaller than nirc (there's irony for you).

fireftp looks not much different from axyftp, if it is smaller then great!!!!!!!!

ooooooooooooh, and it has download resume support, nice

axyftp might have that but i don't think it does

only thing is, firefox is a memory hog.

But then again, if we lose axyftp for CZ and Fireftp, lowram-ers can just use the text mode client (which I use anyway, usually), and fireftp is also a threaded ftp client, so its much faster than axyftp anyway.

We gotta keep naim though, its nice to have an irc client in runlevel 2. Even if it is rather primitive. ^_^
