Hmmm......... I tested them on my printer before posting and they seemed OK.
Think I need some volunteers to test the images and help me get the sizes right 
BTW There are some 150dpi ones in the lo-colour area now - let me know how you go.
Re: CD labels. Look under the dslcdsrt link, there are 120 & 80mm labels but they may need to have the dpi changed too.
