Since I like to have everything I want to use available to me immediatly and just for the hoo-haa of it I recently downloaded the entire myDSL extention library from ibiblio.org and added them to a dsl remaster in the /optional directory. It "just" fits comming in at 1320MB Mini-DVD's hold 1.4GB
Depending on the resolution going to fluxbox menu MyDSL->"load optional dsl extentions(cant remember the exact wording)" will either fill the entire screen or multiple sceeens. So I tried putting them in descriptive folders inside the optional directory, i.e. net, apps.... Doing it this way means DSL doesnt detect the optional extentions on boot.
My question is: Is there a script I can modify or any thing at all I can do to have dsl detect the optional extentions in subdirectories?
P.S. I love DSL!! Thankyou for this amazing distro/learning tool!
