Back to the topic: there's no such a thing as a Microsoft convert. Using Micro$oft products for more than 2 weeks contaminates one's mind and that's totally irreversible. Sorry guys, but that's the way it is. I speak for myself: my adoption of Unix, and then Linux, was nearly immeadiate and required little effort, for the simple reason that I never owned a PC...
