Yes, your motherboard will run it at ddr266 (pc2100) speeds, but it will work fine.

^_^ I always tell people to buy faster spec'd ram than they think they need, especially if the faster stuff is cheaper. Which is a lot.

Nicer CAS timings, and you can put the stick in a faster mobo later, if needed.
