Do you think GAS is bloated along with binutils and ld?

Do you want to assembly programming in along DSL?

Since there is ALREADY LUA & C why not ASSEMBLY and

(COMPLETE) small libc?

I think this is VERY VERY good combination since....

Assembler as opposed to lua would cause an entire OS redo that I think neither John or Roberts would want to do (considering just how far DSL has come with lua).

Also, there would be cross-compatability issues as Assembler isn't used much in Linux.

However you could always whip up your own mydsl extension as an add on or for that matter remaster your own dsl with both Assembler and libc in it.
