Hi,

when i make an hd install strange things happen. If i give dsl an 128 mb Partition it installs and 68 mb are free (60 used). But when i give an 512mb partition it installs and 302 are free (210 used) !
what is this for an phenomen ? how can i fit that problem ?

regards
derdigge

Are you sure that you made both installs the same way. Sounds like you would have done 1.st a frugal install, and 2.nd a "traditional" hard-disk install.

That would explain the size difference.

In frugal install the compressed image is "copied" to hd ~60MB

and in traditional hd install the image is unpacked and copie to hd. and the size is ~250MB
