I used the myDSL extension manager to install Abiword as well as Abiword 2.2.7 from the GTK menu. With both versions, the spellcheck feature is non-functional. In fact, it appears to be disabled. Under Tools>Spelling>Spelling options, the "Highlight misspelled words" as well as "Always suggest corrections" and "suggest from main dictionary only" options under dictionaries are grayed out. Any idea what i can do to install a copy of Abiword with a functional spellcheck option, or repair the one I have?
