Hi, I have been working on building an extension for DSL.

However, when I build my gnuplot.tar.gz extension I missed out a file.

Is there a way I add the missing file  with the correct ownership so I can avoid starting the whole download/compile/build process again?

Thanks Phil

One very useful tool for all this is to add buttons to emelFM for unpack, list and re-pack extensions - if you search these forums on "buttons AND emelfm" you should find the thread.

Once you have added the buttons, you can untar the extension in /tmp (for example), add your file(s), amend the file list and then re-tar your extension.

Of course there are ways to do this from the command line but I can never remember them...

Cool thanks. RC3 has added EmelFM back in so that could be the way to go.

Thanks Phil
