Topic: problem with msn, cannot connect

I want to connect to msn, so I try amsn, but refuses to connect, also gaim refuses, with gtmess no problems, why?

legalize cannabis, coke..

Tossing in a guess, I'd say you're using old versions of amsn and gaim (now called pidgin). Most proprietary messaging protocols are famous for being changed frequently in an attempt to prevent third-party apps such as these from working.

EDIT: When I say "old" I want to clarify that even the most recent version available in myDSL may be outdated, since the protocols change frequently. It looks like the msn client most recently added/updated in mydsl is gtmess.
