First, this has NOTHING to do with mydsl extensions. Please read the forum title and description before posting in a forum.
second, use the command "visudo" as root. If you need more help, consult the visudo and sudoers man pages, which are available online at various locations found using the http://www.google/linux search "man sudoers" or "man visudo": http://www.die.net/doc/linux/man/man8/visudo.8.html http://www.die.net/doc/linux/man/man5/sudoers.5.html
