So, we are ready to let you all try out Damn Small Linux Not.  DSL-N is not DSL, so don't think that DSL will be replaced by this project.  The purpose of DSL is to offer a larger target that is still based on the DSL philosophy of smaller generally being better.

DSL-N currently sits at 83MB.

We set up a separate homepage, and forum for this project.  Please keep the conversation about DSL-N in its own space.

To DSL or DSL-n....now that is the question?

Sweet...even more development in the realm of DSL...

It can only get better by design..THANK YOU JOHN!

Oh..idea on new graphic..a verticle spinning DSL image, on the back side a DSL graphic that has been changed or maybe a "negative" image?

DSL-N, unlike DSL, does not have a hard size cap, but it is being developed by the DSL team, and we hate bloat! So, don't expect DSL-N to get too big.

Wow...no longer restricted to 50MB..but I know that the DEV team wont be slapping 5 of the same type of app in the sucker...you guys are AWESOME!!!!

I just want people to know that Robert is a major contributor to the development of DSL-N.  In fact the split has roughly been Robert working on the core (kernel, boot processes, etc.)  while I've been working on the application choices.

Also, for those who are worried about DSL proper being sidelined, don't we are not abandoning our baby.
