Now if they would just eliminate the publisher, and start with digital media, we'd all be reading it (and for a fraction of the expense).

Amazing that they don't even communicate with the authors.

First it was to be early July, then Aug 3.

The last communication indicated that the book would be available at Linux World, which starts today - perhaps not.

Thanks for sharing. It is news to me.
