In Knoppix there is a menu item to save your config to a hard drive partition.  Is that same option available?  The file it saves is called knoppix.sh I think but I don't know what is in it.  Any ideas?

Ok I gave up trying to save myconfig.  Instead I blew away my RedHat install and repartitioned the drive to leave a small one for DSL.  I then reinstalled RH7.2 which uses GRUB as the bootlloader.  I then installed DSL to the new small partition.  Then I added an entry in GRUB to boot the new DSL install.  It looks like it's working and I get to compare RH and DSL side by side.  By the way it took about 1.2GB to get a good RH install compared to a couple hundred MB for DSL.
