I can boot with floppy and the original acer floppy can give me dos with cd-rom support.

Now is it a way to install DSL ?

If so try this http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/wiki/index.php/Loadlin_Install

If your display is not workin with default options.txt change vga=normal to vga=788 works for me.

Or you can use dsl bootdisk, maybe.
