I've searched for over a day in here and via google and can't seem to find a straightforward answer. Please bear with me.....
Problem: I have an old laptop, pentium, 32M ram, 1.5G hd, *no CD*, just the 1.4mb floppy drive and PC Card slots. It has a version of Windows installed (95 or 98?).
I'd like to try DSL by downloading an image and putting on the floppy. Honestly I haven't touched a floppy in years and have no idea how to create it so that it boots (the BIOS goes to floppy first by default) and used DSL rather than Windows.
I feel like an idiot.
P.S. Once DSL is up and running, I'll be able to re-partition and install to HD, right?
