Hi, All, Me again! I have a Creative Labs SoundBlaster 16 sound card in an ISA slot on my computer. When the comp boots, init checks ISA, but it ignores the card. After signing in, I can run 'modprobe sb', and it finds and sets it up immediately. How would I go about setting up init to do this during boot? I know this is a bit of a newbie question, but I'm still a'learnin'!
Thanks,
Steve
-------------- Current Damn Small computer:
Pentium S 120mHz 80mb RAM 1.5gb HD CD-ROM Floppy (This comp needs it; it's too old to support boot from CD-ROM) dsl v2.1 installed
Now, that''s Damn Small!
