Hey,
Got a booting problem with dsl. I want to use my usb-stick in DSL, it's a sandisk cruzer micro. But when I start dsl without 'nousb',
the autoconfigure hangs, and dsl acts very slowly. With 'nousb' set, it goes fine, but I cannot use the usbdrive.
My usb port is not supported by my bios, it is an old one so I can't boot from it.

Does anyone have a solution to get the usb working? Is there something like a generic driver for this, or something that doesn't make the autoconfig hang?

Thanks a lot,
lwmxynedtodth

In addition:
My usb controller was determined by windows as:

- CMD Technologies, Rev 04 (and not supported by winblows).

Does anyone have a clue?
Ciao,

EDIT: the usb is not needed for booting dsl, but just for storing files and stuff. however, it is needed to load at boot.
