Hi all, I'm having so much fun playing around with DSL that I was thinking of trying a frugal install on a computer that has a blank HD that I partitioned for a big (SuSE Install) Just thinking that before I install the SuSE maybe I should try a frugal install just to see what it is like. Any reason I can't try this on the big 2GB first partition that is going to become the / for SuSE? I could go back and make it smaller if needed using cfdisk but would rather not if it won't make a difference.

Another question I have is can two Linux OSs share the same swap space? The reason I ask is I may want to boot DSL from the CD after I install SuSE and use the same swap space that I set aside for SuSE.
Thanks, DC

Using a 2gb partition for a frugal should have no problems.  In fact, you could probably have SuSE and your DSL frugal on the same partition if you want to have both and don't want to repartition - I have done this manually with other debian-based distros (using ext2/3 fs's).

Yes, they can share the same swap space (type 82).
