I've installed DSL from the Live CD to the HD and done all the stuff. From the Wiki it said that I can install GNU/Linux by right clicking and looking at apps/tools/upgrade...
But I can't find that. Can someone please help me? I'm using DSL 3.2

I believe you are talking about GNU/Utilites. These are replacements for the busybox collection. That menu option is discussed in the change log for v3.2. That menu option was basically a call to download gnu-utiils.dsl and then mydsl-load gnu-utils.dsl.

You can get this via clicking the mydsl icon on your desktop,

or navigating your web browser to damnsmallinux.org > download > mirror > mydsl (then running mydsl-load on it).

If you are using unionfs there i think there's gnu-utils.unc that you can get instead.
