Only if you can find a pcf or similar version of courier new, which I doubt exists.

You can find out what X fonts are available to your system with either xlsfonts or xfontsel

You can set the default aterm font in /home/dsl/.Xdefaults

Changing the font in the linux console is a bit more complicated.
