I want to use an old Neoware Capio 620 (Geode 300 MHz, 64 MB RAM, 32 MB DOM, 180 GB USB HD) as a mini server (just SSH, SMB and UPNP).
I installed DOS and Loadlin on the DOM (Disk-On-Module; Flash Disk with IDE interface), and DSL 3.4.4 on the USB HDD (tried frugal and other methods). Normal DSL runs like a charm! Great!
But... I currently have 2 major questions: 1.: How do I get write access on the Filesystem of the USB HD? Sda1 is by default mounted as /cdrom and RO. I haven't found any remount command... 2.: How can I save IP, SSH, SMB configs and additional server applications (UPNP server) and auto-load them in runlevel 2? I wont run X-Windows on this machine...
Thanks, Michael
