I just finished burning DSL & went upstairs to install it. Since I don't have a partition program I used my Win2000 CD to delete the my partitions for windows that were currently on my HDD. I then created a new partition for DSL & formatted the partition using NTFS (I exited windows setup after creating/formatting partition for DSL). Then I took out the Win2000 setup CD and put in the DSL cd  and rebooted. It came to a screen with an image of the linux penguin in the top left and the option to Continue by clicking [ENTER] or View Boot Options. I have abolsutely no idea what to do from here, I tried to follow the guide on the website for HD Installs but I'm absolutely lost, I tried typing .  sudo -u root dsl-hdinstall on the screen with the penguin but it said it didn't exist or something. Can someone please tell me if I've partitioned correctly & where to go next.

You just have to press enter to continue.  You won't be able to install DSL on a NTFS partition, but I don't think that matters since DSL formats the partition once when you install it.  Anyway, once you DSL has booted open you can open "XTerminal" and use "sudo cfdisk /dev/hda" to partition your primary HD.  If you already have your partitions the way you want them go into the menu "Apps", "Tools", "Install to HD" (or something like that).  It's going to ask you a few questions, if you only have 1 partition the first answer will be "hda1".  The rest is pretty straight forward.
