Hello all, wanted to experiment (again) with Linux and found DSL. I have used Redhat and Caldera a couple of years ago. Downloaded and burned a CD which did not work. Made some changes to my burner settings, burned again.
DSL worked flawlessly. Very easy to do the HD install by following the one page instructions. I have several older "Frankenstein" systems and choose a 350mhz PII with 256mb RAM and 2 NICs.
Will work on attaching it to the internet via nic soon.
One question, any way to get the num lock to default to ON?
Thanks, Bob
