Hi all! I'm a new dsl user and I have some problems. I installed the dsl on my old laptop, and everytime I start it I need to write the modprobe lines in order to make my sound card work. Is there a way to make that modprobe permanent? Another question: how can I resize the window of the application I run? I am only able to move them but not to resize! Last one: I cannot connect to the Internet with that pc but I still want to have the Debian Package Manager, but, even if I have already installed the dsl-dpkg, I cannot start Synaptic because it tries to connect to the Net and download others deb packages. So can I download them with this other pc, and then install them on that laptop? Thank you all very much, you are really doing a great job!
