I have a lot of fun with this great distro, on my retierd
old Compaq LTE 5000 and solved many problems with the help
of this forum! But now i need some help...
when i mkliloboot i get:
Enter root... /dev/hda1
/dev/root on / type ext2 (rw,errors=remuont-ro)
none on /proc type proc (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620)
/dev/hda1 on /mnt/hd type ext2 (rw)
/cdrom/KNOPPIX/boot.img: No such file....
gzip: /mnt/l1/miniroot.gz: No such file...
umount: /mnt/l1: not muonted
muont: wrong fs type, bad option...on /dev/loop0,
or too many mounted file systems
umount: /mnt/l1: not mounted
Set up boot loader...
LBOOT=/dev/hda
Warning: boot record relocation beyond BPB is necessary: /dev/hda
Warning: Unable to determine video adapter...
Added Linux *
Skipping /Vmlinuz.old
Fatal: LILO internal error: Would overwrite Partition Table
The lilo boot installation process is finished
OK, i guess i have to edit lilo.conf a little bit ;-)
Would be nice with some help...
A long time since i wrote in english, so sorry for my spelling ;-)
