hi this is my first post here..... i need some help and am new to linux i had 3 partitions C: (FAT32 with Windows 98SE) D: (FAT32) E: (NTFS with Windows XP)
then i wanted to install DSL so i used the windows XP boot CD to delete the E: partition all that went fine................. now i have: C: (FAT32 with Windows 98SE) D: (FAT32) E: (FAT32) 2 GB free space could i get help on how to install DSL to that free space while keeping windows 98 as it is i downloaded the dsl-1.5-syslinux.iso file and burnt it onto a CD and right klicked and started install to hard drive do i hav to load it to hda1,2,3,4,5,6,or what....... how do i use the free space please help this is very confusing reply or email me at avadakedavra.13@gmail.com thanks a lot people EDIT:i now have C: (FAT32 with Windows 98SE) D: (FAT32) E: (FAT32) F: (FAT32 with Windows XP) i want to delete Drive E: for DSL
