I've just installed DSL on an old Presario 1621 and it runs great. I also did the Frugal install so my wife could use the laptop without the CD. My problem comes when you boot up it always prompts for FB settings, I have to choose fb800x600 and then it opens the xsetup window. I don't mind entering these every time, but my wife hates it. Can I make these setting permanent with the Frugal install? Thanks in advance, and please remember I'm such a nubie that I only just now figured out how to navigate the Linux file structure.
