If that doesn't do it, it's possible that the feature isn't available in fluxbox stable (I made an assumption again...an incorrect one, it seems).  Apparently you'll either need to recompile fluxbox yourself with the toolbar disabled, or try the fluxbox development package.

Okay....It seems toolbar.visible is not available in Fluxbox stable.  The best i could manage was to use "session.screen0.toolbar.autoHide: true".  This doesn't get rid of it, but it is mostly hidden offscreen until you move the mouse over it.
