Quote (sasho @ April 26 2006,20:58) | It is definitely possible--yesterday I decided to restore DSL with Mythtv on my hard drive.
It's great--faster than VectorLInux I had on it before, and the playback is smooth on that old machine.
The procedure I used to install Mythtv on DSL can be seen in this thread: http://damnsmalllinux.org/cgi-bin....8;st=20
Should be 2nd post down. |
Hello,
I am planning to do the same thing. I will be using a CF-to-IDE to make a very silent Pundit MythTV frontend.
How big is your install with the mythfrontend and the dependencies installed? I am trying to find out what size of CF card I should buy.
Cheers, Ludo
