Hi All,

I am new to DSL and I must say it looks quite good, but there is one thing I would like to enhance it with and thats Nmap, can anyone give me some pointers on how I can add it to my distribution so I can use it on networks that don't allow downloads from the internet.

thanks

Look in the dsl net repository.  There is a package for nmap there.

Thanks Clacker, I see there is a package there but I want to incorporate it into my USB bootable version that I have without having to download it every time.

Any Help?

gingergit, according to the DSL Wiki -- USB Booting Page, if you put the nmap.dsl or nmapFE-0.2.54.dsl into the /cdrom directory of the USB drive, they will be automatically loaded during the boot process.
