I´m interested in know how to configure a conceptronic cu56 usb modem who have a conexant chipset. Conceptronic dónt have linux suport but conexant yes , surfing by the web i meet

i tried to put the drivers i dsl ver 2.2 rc1 but in the steep of make install i have problems with gcc (i have the kernel headers and gcc of the repossitory instaled) .
a guru can traslate readme to dsl newbe ?
the linuxant alternative how works?
