My Linksys WPC54Gv3 failed to connect to my home network. I need step by step instructions on
how to do it from someone who has successfully installed an identical card.

DSL is installed and running on the HD of my Toshiba 440CDX; 132 MHZ Pentium, 1.5GB HD and 64 MB of RAM.

I installed the drivers from the Linksys CD invoking the ndiswrapper screen giving the locations
of the drivers, the SID of my home network, and the 128 bit WEP encryption key. It failed to connect.
I made several attempts that failed.

I entered the terminal command <lspci -v> and got:

0000:15:00.0 Network Controller: Broadcom Corporation: Unknown device 4318 (rev02)
Subsystem: Linksys: Unknown device 0048
Flags: fast devsel, IRQ 11
Memory at 11000000 (32 bit, non-prefetchable) [size=8K]

I also entered the terminal command , <ndiswrapper -l> and got:

Installed ndis drivers:
lsbcmnds hardware present
netcard hardware NOT present
opt hardware NOTpresent
rt2500 hardware Not present

It appears that DSL sees the card but doesn't know what to do with it.

Can someone help me out with this?
